Accessibility Statement
This Accessibility Statement describes how advancedprimarycaremanagement.com (the “Site”) approaches accessibility, the conformance targets we work toward, and how to report a barrier.
Commitment
The publication is committed to making the Site usable by the widest possible audience, including readers who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or alternative input devices. Accessibility is treated as a baseline editorial responsibility, not an afterthought.
Conformance target
The Site targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative. Where current implementation falls short of this target, remediation is treated as in-scope editorial work.
Implementation practices
The Site is built with the following accessibility practices:
- Semantic HTML — content uses correct heading hierarchy, landmark regions, list structure, and link semantics so that assistive technologies can convey document structure accurately.
- Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements (links, buttons, form controls) are reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Color contrast — text and interactive elements are styled to meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios against the page background.
- Form labels and feedback — form controls have explicit labels and are paired with clear, descriptive error and confirmation messages.
- Resizable text and reflow — content reflows and remains readable when text is enlarged or the viewport is narrow.
- Plain-language editorial — content is written in plain professional English appropriate to the audience; technical terms are linked to glossary entries.
- No autoplay media — the Site does not autoplay audio or video.
- Descriptive link text — links are written to make their target clear out of context.
Known limitations
The Site is a living publication. We acknowledge the following areas as in-scope for ongoing improvement:
- Some primary-source documents linked from Site content (CMS Final Rules, federal register notices, peer-reviewed PDFs) may not themselves meet WCAG AA conformance. Where possible, we summarize the substance in accessible prose on the Site itself so that readers do not need to navigate the source document to understand the point.
- New components and content are introduced regularly; we may discover accessibility regressions and prioritize their remediation.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter a barrier on the Site, or if you would like content provided in an alternative format, please contact the publisher at hello@advancedprimarycaremanagement.com. Please include the page URL, a description of the barrier, the assistive technology or browser configuration you are using, and any other context that would help us reproduce and resolve the issue.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to provide a remediation plan or alternative-format response within a reasonable subsequent window.
Compatibility
The Site is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack). Older browser versions may render the Site with reduced fidelity but should remain readable.
Changes to this statement
We may update this statement to reflect changes in our practices, our content, or applicable accessibility standards. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date at the top of this page.
